How does the injection face map work?
In the chart note you mark points on front, left and right views of the face. Each point records the product, the units and the lot, and signing the note deducts those units from inventory by lot.
Can a signed chart note be changed?
Only by amendment, with a reason. Sign and lock keeps every version of the note, so the record always shows what was written, when and by whom.
Is there an AI Scribe?
Yes. The AI Scribe listens to the visit and drafts the SOAP note, the provider reviews and signs, and everything it wrote is marked as written by it. It comes with Clinic and Enterprise.
