The clinics, people and numbers shown in product screens are examples. They are not real customers or results.
Using the site
Please do not try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it at scale, copy it and present it as your own, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Our content and brand
The Klinycs name and logo and the text, design and screens on this site belong to Agata Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License.
Other services
The site links to services we do not control, such as Google Calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Agata Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
